About Us.

Spices

SNAC Jerky began its journey in 2003 as Uncle Buck's Smokehouse Jerky in West Edmonton, starting with our beloved Regular Beef Jerky. By 2005, we expanded our reach at local markets and events, introducing favourites like Teriyaki and BBQ Pepper.
In 2013, we found our true home in Fort Saskatchewan, where we added new flavours such as Cajun, Honey Garlic, and Sweet & Spicy, all crafted with the same dedication to quality and taste.
In 2018, we embraced a new identity as SNAC Jerky, representing Scott, Noel, Alex Curtis. This latest chapter also introduced exciting flavours like Bacon and Xtreme Hot.
Proudly based in Fort Saskatchewan, we continue to craft our jerky with the highest quality ingredients and a commitment to delicious, bold flavours. Our jerky is a great source of protein and is low in fat, making it a healthy and satisfying snack. Reach for this SNAC and savor the tradition of quality and flavor that has been perfected over the years

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING?

Kerry Holloway

SNAC Jerky Fan

Without a doubt, Snac Jerky is one of the best beef jerkies I have ever had! Absolutely hands down. The pieces are large, and the flavor is on point. We met the team on Canada Day, sampled their jerky, and bought a few packages—they were gone by the next day! The texture is perfect, not too tough but still satisfyingly chewy, and the seasoning is just right, offering a balance of savory and slightly sweet notes.
