Where and how it all began.
Family-run in Alberta since 2003, in Fort Saskatchewan since 2013. Started as Uncle Buck's Smokehouse Jerky, renamed SNAC in 2018 after Scott, Noel and Alex Curtis.

First markets
We started selling at the Superflea Market on 111 Avenue, then set up at the second 50 Street Market location in early 2006.
2007
Teriyaki and BBQ Pepper
New flavours arrived as we grew into more markets, trade shows and big events: K-Days, the Rodeo, Farm Fair. Many of the Taber Corn trucks carried our jerky too.
2013
Home in Fort Saskatchewan
We closed the west-end shop in late 2012 and reopened in Fort Saskatchewan in early 2013, adding Cajun, Honey Garlic and Sweet n' Spice.

Without a doubt, Snac Jerky is one of the best beef jerkies I have ever had!
Absolutely hands down. The pieces are large, and the flavor is on point. We met the team on Canada Day, sampled their jerky, and bought a few packages; they were gone by the next day! The texture is perfect, not too tough but still satisfyingly chewy, and the seasoning is just right, offering a balance of savory and slightly sweet notes.
