Worked example
Based on a group of 15 sellers, if each one sells 10 bags, half 110 g and half 225 g, supporters pay $2,925. Your group keeps $1,023.75 and pays SNAC Jerky $1,901.25 at pick-up.

How a SNAC fundraiser runs
Selling dates, order timing and pick-up are agreed with Noel for each group.

Tell Noel about your group and when you want to sell. Your selling window and pick-up date are set together.

Hand out order sheets
Print one priced order sheet for each seller. One line per customer, 5 flavours in both sizes.

Sell for about two weeks
Sellers take orders from family, friends, neighbours and coworkers at $13 and $26 a bag.

Send the tally
Add every seller's sheet onto the final tally sheet and send it in. That total is your order.

Pick up and pay
No up-front charges. Payment is made at pick-up, payable to SNAC Jerky. Then your sellers deliver the bags.

How much does our group keep?
35% of every sale: $4.55 on every 110 g bag and $9.10 on every 225 g bag.
Which flavours can we sell?
5 flavours: Regular, Teriyaki, Sweet n' Spice, Honey Garlic and Cajun. All 5 are made from 100% Alberta beef and smoked in Alberta.
What do the bags cost?
Supporters pay $13 for a 110 g bag and $26 for a 225 g bag. Your group pays SNAC Jerky $8.45 and $16.90, and keeps the difference.
How do we take orders?
With the printable order sheet: one sheet per seller, one line per customer. When selling is done, add every sheet onto the final tally sheet. Both sheets fill in on screen, and in Chrome or Adobe Reader the totals add up as you type.
Do we pay anything up front?
No up-front charges. Payment is made at pick-up, payable to SNAC Jerky.
Where do we pick up the order?
Pick-up is arranged with Noel when you send in your tally. The shop is at 11110 88 Ave, Bay 6, Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L 3K8. Shop hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 2 pm. Call ahead to confirm before visiting.
Is there a minimum order, and how much notice do you need?
Both are worked out with Noel when you book, so call before you hand out the sheets.
